I am really unsure of my type, probably IxTx though i am excluding nothing at this point (even if ExFx typing seems insane but who knows)
Tell me about yourself.
I am 27y old, french.
What do you study or do for a living? How did you come to do that? What do you like or dislike about it?
I studied MBA but dropped in the middle to play poker for a living. I decided i am going to go back to school again in September (in Mathematics and Computer Science applied to Social and Human Sciences).
What i liked about poker : the total freedom, just an internet connexion and a pc and it's good to go, no boss or someone to tell you what to do, it learned me to think always more ahead, anticipate more to know what to do in all the potential outcomes. The cons : very mentally stressful/ exhausting, the poker is a permanent mental fight, unstable, poor social recognition, sucks to have social outside life outside of already known friends or going into organised parties with random people (which i begin to do and is actually a great thing to do).
What are your values, and why?
Respect, tolerance for different viewpoints/lifestyles, consistency, lucidity, courtesy, simplicity
What else do you do on a daily basis? What are your interests and hobbies? Why do you do them?
Reading (mostly for self improvement), watching tv shows (pleasure, relaxation), listening music (same reason), lift weight (feeling mentally and physically better, gaining in assertivity)
Describe your relations with family and friends. What do you like and dislike about them?
Family ok but, i get bored really fast with them (they like talking about sensor stuff), i will gain to see them less often (which is going to be the case when i am going to restart my studies in a new city).
But they are kind and really care about me and tolerated my unsual lifestyles. I know i can count on them so they are great parents.
Most of my friends are Ne ego and/or Fe ego, so i like their fresh ideas, discussion, and/or their warm.
What do you look for in friends? In romantic relationships?
People inspiring, ideas people i guess. I am looking for girls very emotionnally expressive and sensitive.
What conflicts have you encountered recently with other people? Why did they happen? Which kinds seem to happen on a regular basis?
No real conflicts, it's rare for me to have conflict with people, i tend to soften, keep my opinion if i know it's going to create a potential conflict with decent odds.
How would your friends describe you?
Unemotional, lacking enthusiasm, reliable, kind, good listener, open to ideas (even the most taboo ones)
What do people generally see as your strengths? What do you like about yourself?
Calm, self control, analysis ability. Being able to easily be detached, apply a cold logic.
What are your weaknesses? What criticism do you often face from others? What do you dislike about yourself?
Social relational and conflict situation, too sensitive, inertia (tendancy to have plans but to pospone and fleeing with fantasy) and applying volition to people (and animals). I tend to be avoidant of interaction, socially anxious unless it is good friends, when i can open up (and even be funny).
Criticism : my lack of action, unemotional (just smiling without purpose is a pain for me even if i enjoy cheerful people)
Dislike : poor social skills, sensitivity, my tendency to inertia, thinking but never acting; my physical ankwardness (dancing and stuff like that are painful to me), my lack of empathy sometimes (too forgetful how my actions can affect other people)

Display of a lot of emotions mostly ^^, sensitivity.
Coldness.
What kinds of things do you do to manage and/or beautify your environment (your room, your house, etc.)? What do you think of daily chores?
Almost nothing, i just get minimal equipments, i don't like having too much stuff anyway, it's overwhelming, i prefer minimalism
Cleaning is very annoying, though with cooking and even dishwashing iam fine it's relaxing
How do you behave around strangers?
Distant, cautious, unemotional, respectful, courteous, and kind in my own way
How do you react to conflict? What do you do if somebody insults or attacks you?
I try to try to calm the situation. It depends, difficult to say like that for the insults, too many variables. Depends if it's 1 person i'll probably fight back, though if a group attacks me, i will try to run/flee. If there is people with me and some are attacked and can't flee i will just fight, and a lot of other situations, like if the person is punching you just 1 time but you know she has a knife, the only thing you will accomplish is to probably kill yourself counterattacking.
What is one common misconception that people have? Explain why it is wrong.
I guess being cold = being hostile, simply because not showing/having emotion doesn't equal being hostile.

Yes, the past (dropping MBA and now i want to go back in this, so i have to let go the past and my mistakes, what is done is done, just need to move on and do the best i can now in the present), the fear not being smart enough to succeed, the fear to fail overall but i am working on it, confronting to fail and trying to see that like a success. Because if you don't try you don't fail but you miss opportunities too and we probably just have 1 life so best take all the opportunities and try our best.
What are your religious or spiritual beliefs and why do you hold them?
Life has probably an absolute meaning but i don't think we humans can access the truth about it, despite all the progress we will do, the new perceptions offered by sciences, it will never be absolute.

What were you like as a kid? How have you changed since you were a child?
I was often punished by teachers and parents, a bit hyperactive the few i remember, i didn't like to obey people, and used to be provocative when someone was trying to.
I stopped this in middle school and go on the other side, i think because the punishment for being disturbing was a lot more annoying and maybe because i was fearful to be in this new place surrounded by some insane kids (like 11y old kids with knives treatening other for stupid things). So all this made me go on the other spectrum and from hyperactivity i have gone to hypoactivity, being in a dreaming state most of the time, so the classes were going faster.
What was your high school experience like?
More or less same than middle school, still unable to listen in classes, difficulty to follow instructions, staying away to avoid troubles. Though i had a few but great friends so it wasn't that bad. But i waited the end of high school to finally be free.

Kids are ok, their innocence is refreshing.

Going to meet a lot of unknown people and actually passing a good time and not feeling too alien. Overcoming my fear of rejection, approaching 2 unknown women in a bar, for some reason approaching more than 1 person is very intimidating to me.
What is the worst thing that happened to you during the past week?
I don't remember anything bad.
What is the purpose of life? What do you find personally meaningful in life?
If life has un objective purpose collectively or individualy, we can't acces it. We have to find our own personal meaning. Working to make the world a better place, finding love seems to be great meaning.

Egypt, it's a completely different and very interesting culture and very beautiful.
