Dr. Phil Woman - Psychoanalysis

This is a video I watched recently which has gotten me thinking about the psychology of women. It's not something I've given much thought to before now, which is why I find it interesting.
The video doesn't encapsulate all her story, but basically she was caught posting thousands of infant photos taken from the facebook / twitter of a couple she didn't know - posting the photos onto her own facebook and throughout her house, pretending they were her children.
First off, I know many of you will probably feel badly towards this woman... she lied quite alot. But putting that aside, what struck me most about her was how lonely she was, but even more than that, how much her motherly instincts - and her (probable) inability to ever be a mother - means to her. I think she is torn up about not being able to reproduce and have children. This is not something I have ever thought about or seen before, but it makes sense to me and I have been going over it in my mind. So I'd like to hear anyones thoughts, whatever your reactions are, especially women if you can tell me if you identify with this mothering instinct in any manner. What does this feel like, what do babies mean to you... what does the prospect of never having babies mean to you, if you have kids what did it mean to you especially when they were babies. What does pregnancy and motherhood mean to you... anything along those lines. Thanks you
