[Socionics] Has someone can simultaneously use his/her Fi-Ti or any function you think you have a balance?

Like seriously i can use Fi and Ti simultaneously.
Like when i use my Ti, especially i know during work, i feel good.
I also use Fi when I'm pmsing.
Sometimes i don't use both.
Sometimes i think i use Ne and sometimes i think i use Se.
There's times that too much Ne makes my head ache.
I don't like too much Se either.

Has anyone experienced this?

Or something related?
