Quadras by the 4 elements

Was just reading an article and it was funny that they compared the quadras to the 4 elements: air, fire, water, earth.

Alpha being air, floaty, can go in any direction, light (Ti, Ne)
Beta being fire, destroying, forceful (Se, Ti)
Gamma being water, cooling off, looking into the future (Te, Ni)
Delta being earth, reaching groundedness, stabilizing (Si, Te)

So basically the theory says society goes through stages characterized by quadravalues.
Alpha inventing ideas, ideologies, inventions which they can pass onto their neighbouring quadra (beta) through ti, which can then forcefully apply, destroying the old system and replacing it with something better. Then gamma steps in, making it more thinking how thry can apply the system longtermwise, when finally delta steps in to make the system work on a day to day basis, untill ab alpha finds something better again.

This also explains why alpha and gamma are opposing quadras. Alpha wants to invent something new, and gamma wants to optimize an existing system.
Then beta wants to enforce the new system to be the dominant one, while delta wants to stay put and keep the existing system in check and rolling.

This doesn't exactly explain why most feminists seem to be delta NF (or at least they type themselves so on forum). Because if delta is so grounded, then why are they trying to destroy a previous system where men were rulers and had more rights than women? Or are the quadras not that black and white? Or are those delta NFs actually beta?
