First of all they just feel like they can carry a lot of stuff. Can take initiative.
Almost all of them I met have some stubborn direction in their life. Some go to the gym everyday of their life and get a lot of mass. Some work ALOT. It is this correlation between reward and task that make them standout in which they can do the task alot and also get the reward. In this way they are very single minded.
Most of them are kind spirits, nice. Usually expressive, some more than others. But usually get their point cross. Seem to enjoy group interactions.
