Studying the MBTI - and Finding Mistakes in Socionics

I have two things to say about both socionics and the MBTI:

1) I think that my type is confused in both systems. I believe that the reason for this is along parallel lines to LIEs in socionics; In the MBTI, LIEs might have a really hard time finding themselves. Why? The answer lies along the Sensing/Intuitive dimension. For instance, they might type themselves as 'INTJ' but then they look at the careers and would probably say, "Don't I belong in more of a sensing career? The description sort of fits, but I'm more of a practical mind, but not a scientific mind at all... And why are the business careers suited to sensing types? I hate sensing. Aren't I Te, and therefore, don't I belong in business?" The problem is that LIEs have business logic, but are not sensing types at all, and therefore, they go into a practical, "sensing" career, but are not really in touch with their senses at all.

The same concept applies to my type. In both the MBTI and socionics, I am either a cold-blooded 'thinking' type that doesn't mind firing people and is unemotional, or I am a 'feeling' type that is filled with warmth and love and belongs in a humanistic career. About both of these notions, I feel like LIEs do in the MBTI: (almost verbatim) "Don't I belong in more of a thinking career? The INFP description sort of fits, but I'm more of a logical mind, not really a kind-hearted spirit at all... And why are the scientific careers suited to thinking types? I hate being cold-blooded. Aren't I Ne, and therefore, don't I belong in science?" And just like ENTjs, there is something really wrong here... I mind it when people behave in a way that's cold-blooded, but I simply don't value the warm, caring, humanistic side of things at all... I feel in both systems like LIEs do in the MBTI - like they have been mispegged. I am simply filled with all sorts of feeling and emotion - but I love logic and science. Because of this, none of the MBTI types or the socionics types really fit!

2) ESTps and E8. I had always simply assumed that ESTPs are more likely to match up with 'ESTp' and both fit E8 perfectly. However, I have come across some statistics that show otherwise. Look at these for instance: https://www.google.ca/search?q=mbti+...-3079J6mAzM%3A. E8s are not usually ESTP (which are E7) but ENTJs most of the time! It makes me wonder if there is a mistake with Se in socionics. And, if you look carefully, you might be able to see it. Compare ESTP Jack Nicholson with E_TJ Zhukov: both have strong, commanding presence, but Zhukov is a composed serious type - more E8. Nicholson is strong, but much more of a friendly person and a pleasure-seeker, and therefore E7. These two look similar, but might not be the same at all. And therefore, I wonder if something is wrong with socionics and its definition of Se! If you can't see it, look at the two different MBTI descriptions (e.g. here: personalitypage.com) I'm not dead certain of this, but it's food for thought, anyway...

EDIT: I guess this is what I'm trying to say: for me, you have E_TJ Zhukov, clear E8, as PoLR function, Nicholson ESTP 7w8 as moth and the flame, Nigella Lawson ESFP as dual, and maybe even Milton Friedman - ENTJ - as PoLR type again, even ESFJ Reese Witherspoon as supervisee! In other words, the MBTI types of these people fit better in my psyche than their socionics types! And so maybe something is wrong with socionics...
